2017 was the 12th season for Boston Midsummer Opera, and my fifth consecutive season as the Production Manager. We produce one opera every summer - this season was Elixir of Love by Gaetano Donizetti.  Pre-production begins a year prior and our Company travels from across the globe to join us every July.

As the Production Manager, my primary duties include realizing the vision of the Stage Director and Conductor for each opera; supervising all Design and Production departments; managing the season budget; hiring and contracting all employees; and ensuring a smooth and successful production process from inception through closing night.
