In January 2016, CNN hosted the Anderson Cooper 360°: Guns in America Town Hall, with President Barack Obama and CNN correspondent Anderson Cooper.  As a Project Manager, I was tasked with supervising the Scenic, Lighting and Rigging elements of this event.

The Town Hall was shot live at George Mason University with pre-production over the course of the prior week.  The necessities of off-site planning and security added extra dimensions to logistical planning.  This required close coordination with CNN, The White House, The United States Secret Service, George Mason University officials and security apparatus, among many others.
